Our facility is difficult to access from any place other than the front gate with natural and man-made barriers on all sides. First, each side of our facility except the front is protected by a natural barrier – high bluffs, water, trees and more. Beyond these, high walls and barbed wire make it difficult to pass the outer perimeter of our facility.

Our staff are on site and provide round the clock security to make sure your valuables are protected. No matter the time of day, we’re here to keep a close eye on what’s happening.

Access Control

A coded entry system keeps access limited to authorized renters only day and night. Entry times are limited to keep trouble at bay. After hours, a specialized pressure plate system alerts us to all approaching vehicles so we can make sure only authorized vehicles are present.

Superior Water Management

Your possessions are also protected against natural threats. Our specialized underground water management system is designed to withstand a potential 100 year flood. We designed our facility to keep all potential threats at bay!

We offer high quality locks for purchase on site. If you want to use the best in class locks to make sure your items are secure, please consult with us when you rent your unit.

Code of Conduct

All renters must agree to abide by a code of conduct designed to prevent unlawful activity from taking place on our premises. We monitor our facility to make sure that renters are abiding by this code and take action to protect all of our renters when necessary.
